Update to Cable Bay Drive access

Cable Bay Drive beyond Maori Pa Road is now open 24 hours/7 days to residents and essential services only. The road is one lane only at some points, and construction work is ongoing which may cause delays to drivers. Drivers may see workers and 'road closed' signage, but when workers see vehicles waiting, they will try to flag them through as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.
